I am a 22 year old hobbyist who loves art, graphic design, and motion graphics! My art isn't the best, but I am striving to improve it! I also create VRoid models for fun. :]
I aspire to be a VTuber streamer one day, hoping to entertain people with my silly shenanigans! My YouTube channel may be ancient, but I am planning to revamp it once I get my life together. >:O

By commissioning me, FizzyFloat, you are stating that you have
read and agreed to these terms.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for whatever reason.
I am not responsible for any damages that occur when using my work.
I do not allow my work to be used in training an AI, or any AI-related purpose.
I do not allow my work to be used in any cryptocurrency, NFT, or anything remotely related to it.
Copyright
I, FizzyFloat, retain full rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim the work as their own and only for Personal Use, unless the client paid the commercial usage fee.
The client is allowed to repost my work, as long they link back to me or mention my name somewhere that is visible on the post.
Do not remove my watermark.
Do not claim the work as your own.
If these terms are broken, you will be publicly blacklisted from commissioning me.
Payment Information
I accept payments in USD.
Payment is taken through a PayPal or Stripe invoice.*
Payment will be split in half: 50% to start the commission, 50% upon completion.*
Commercial use will include an upcharge of 25% of the original price.
If a work is cancelled before it has started, it will be a full refund.
Refunds are given depending on how much of the work is completed.
I will NOT give a refund for works that are completed/near completion.
If I cancel a commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.
* If you would like for me to use a PayPal link instead, full payment will be made once the commission is half completed.

Workflow
Estimated date to completion: 2 to 3 weeks, considering I am a college student.
If I have not completed a commission within 90 days, I will issue a full refund.
I will always send pictures and ask for your feedback to ensure satisfaction!
Revisions are allowed.
